The dismissal of a lawsuit filed against an Oklahoma fire department and two fire investigators has been upheld by the US 10th Circuit. David Anthony Ciempa filed suit against the City of Del City, Deputy Fire Chief Jeff Keester and Major Zion Williams claiming malicious prosecution and violation of his constitutional rights.
